The meeting was chaired by Executive Vice Chairman Shi Zhiyong. Participants engaged in discussions centered on the agenda of "reviewing the work of 2025, deliberating plans for 2026, and planning the Association's development" .
During the meeting, Secretary-General Ni Xinping presented the annual work report. He pointed out that 2025 was a crucial year, marking the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the planning for the "15th Five-Year Plan". Adhering to its purpose of "Partnering Together, Going Further", the Association achieved positive results in five key areas: event organization, member services, promotion and outreach, technical services, and organizational development. In 2026, the Association will continue to focus on these core areas to advance its work. Subsequently, Superintendent Yang Jingrui reported on the financial situation, indicating that the Association's revenue and expenditure were generally balanced in 2025, and efforts will be strengthened in 2026 to enhance budget management and improve the efficiency of fund utilization. Furthermore, the preparation plan for the "15th International Summit on Large-Diameter Engineering Shafts (Piles) and Deep Foundations" reported by Secretary-General Ni Xinping, along with the aforementioned reports, was reviewed and unanimously approved by the meeting .
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Wang Huirong affirmed the achievements of 2025 and expressed gratitude for the contributions of all members. For the 2026 work, he outlined five key requirements: event organization should focus on practical needs and effective closed-loop management; member development should prioritize precise strategies and enhanced services to strengthen cohesion; promotional efforts should multi-dimensional and brand-oriented to continuously expand industry influence; technical services should aim for precise alignment and quality efficiency to build a one-stop support platform; organizational development should consolidate foundations and improve systems to enhance teamwork and execution. Chairman Wang emphasized that the Association remains committed to its mission of serving members and promoting industry development, deepening key technological research, and helping enterprises solve practical difficulties. This meeting clarified the direction, built consensus, and participants expressed their continued support for the Association's work, pledging to jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry .

Drilling Well Flushing Technology
Abstract:This paper introduces the three core functions of well flushing in drilling: cooling drilling tools, removing cuttings and cleaning the bottom, and supporting the wellbore. It expounds the characteristics and selection requirements of four types of well flushing media. The two mainstream well flushing processes, direct circulation and reverse circulation, are compared, their respective characteristics are analyzed, and the technical parameter control standards for the reverse circulation process are clarified, which can provide a reference for field drilling construction.
Abstract: This paper introduces raise boring drilling, a highly efficient vertical shaft construction technique featuring reverse upward excavation from bottom to top. With advantages including high safety, low disturbance, and high efficiency, it is widely applied in mining, underground engineering, and other fields. The technology is divided into two categories: full-face raise boring and core barrel raise boring. Full-face raise boring, including pull-up and jack-up types, is suitable for large-diameter shafts and shafts of varying depths. Core barrel raise boring enables simultaneous shaft formation and geological coring, and is applicable to small‑to‑medium shallow‑to‑medium‑depth shafts. The technology is evolving toward intelligence, greater depth, and unmanned operation.
Abstract: This paper elaborates on bored pile drilling technology, identifying bored piles as an important type of cast-in-place end-bearing pile. Compared with precast piles, bored piles feature controllable costs, low steel consumption, strong capability for large-diameter and ultra-deep hole forming, wide geological applicability, and low environmental impact, while still facing deficiencies such as sediment cleaning and borehole wall mud cake issues. It also introduces the basic requirements, characteristics, conventional and innovative drilling processes, and points out the broad application prospects of this technology amid technological innovation.
