Jet Reverse Circulation Well Flushing

Abstract:Combined with the domestic and foreign equipment parameters and the localization application status of drilling engineering in 2026, this paper systematically elaborates the working mechanism, complete set of equipment, technical indicators, applicable working conditions and process optimization development direction of the jet reverse circulation well flushing technology, providing theoretical and practical basis for the scheme selection of well flushing in shallow large-diameter drilling engineering.

Pump Suction Reverse Circulation Well Flushing Method

Abstract: This paper introduces the pump suction reverse circulation well flushing technology, which realizes well bore desilting through negative pressure suction. It involves special equipment and two starting methods, among which vacuum negative pressure starting is the preferred one. This technology is energy-saving and efficient, suitable for medium-shallow water wells with a depth of 60–80 meters. The construction key points, restricted scenarios and acceptance standards such as sand content of water quality are specified.

Air-Lift Reverse Circulation Well Flushing Method

Abstract: This paper elaborates the principle, complete supporting equipment and core parameters of air-lift reverse circulation well flushing technology, as well as field fault disposal methods, compares the advantages and disadvantages of two types of mixers, and provides standardized construction control indexes.
