In August 2015, our company organized a two-day trip to Luanchuan Baoduzhai, themed "Remembering the Martyrs and Revisiting Our Red History." Baoduzhai boasts rugged, undulating terrain that stretches endlessly, with its steep and perilous landscape. Back then, PLA soldiers bravely carried explosive packs and scaling ladders, defying enemy fire to liberate this ancient fortress—once home to generations of impoverished villagers trapped in dire suffering. At the site, employees paid tribute at the Heroes' Monument, watched a documentary chronicling the liberation of Baoduzhai, and witnessed firsthand the inspiring scenes of heroic martyrs fearlessly battling through relentless challenges to safeguard their homeland and protect their cherished community.

Back then, PLA soldiers braved enemy fire—carrying explosive packs and scaling ladders—to liberate this ancient stronghold that had stood for millennia, rescuing the impoverished villagers from years of suffering. Here, employees visited the Heroes' Monument and watched a documentary chronicling the historic liberation of Baodu Village, vividly reenacting the courageous scenes of heroic martyrs who fearlessly fought valiantly to defend their homeland and safeguard their cherished home, no matter how daunting the challenges.
We followed in the footsteps of the revolutionary martyrs, revisiting this pivotal chapter of history. This experience deepened everyone’s appreciation for the hard-won happiness we enjoy today—and reinforced the enduring importance of remembering our past and honoring the sacrifices of those who came before us. At the same time, it fostered stronger communication among employees, strengthening the company’s sense of unity and enhancing our collaborative spirit, thus bringing this meaningful red-trip journey to a fitting close.

Abstract: This paper introduces the pump suction reverse circulation well flushing technology, which realizes well bore desilting through negative pressure suction. It involves special equipment and two starting methods, among which vacuum negative pressure starting is the preferred one. This technology is energy-saving and efficient, suitable for medium-shallow water wells with a depth of 60–80 meters. The construction key points, restricted scenarios and acceptance standards such as sand content of water quality are specified.
